Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the MyBambu (“we,” “our” or “us”) promotion for the MyBambu Come Back and Earn Promotion (the “Promotion”) in connection with your MyBambu Visa® Debit Card Account (“Account”) issued by Community Federal Savings Bank (the “Bank”), Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. This Promotion is open to all current customers of MyBambu (each a “Participant(s)“) who meet the eligibility criteria outlined in these Terms and Conditions and who comply with the MyBambu Deposit Account and Cardholder Agreement (the “Account Agreement“). This Promotion is offered and provided by MyBambu and the Bank is not a party to the Promotion offer.
By participating in the Promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions and any changes we make to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not comply with these Terms and Conditions, you are not authorized to participate in the Promotion.
1. Eligibility:
1.1. This Promotion is only eligible for MyBambu account holders who haven’t made a transaction since February 26, 2024, and meet the spending requirements in these Terms and Conditions.
2. Promotion Details:
2.1. Eligible Participants will receive a $20 reward (“Reward(s)”) after they make a successful deposit that meets the qualifying criteria as specified in these Terms and Conditions. A Reward will be deposited to your Account within 5-8 business days (Monday through Friday excluding US bank holidays) after it is earned. When the Reward is deposited in your Account you will see the Reward amount added to your Account balance. You must have an active MyBambu account to be eligible for a Reward.
2.2. The minimum card spend and mobile phone top-up amounts are $20, and the minimum International Money Transfer amount is $25.
2.3 The Promotion will run from September 11, 2024 until 11:59 PM, October 11, 2024 (the “Promotion Period”).
2.4. The Promotion will run from September 11, 2024 until 11:59 PM, October 11, 2024 (the “Promotion Period”).
2.4.1 International Money Transfer (“IMT”): Customers using this payment method must make one transaction of at least $25.
2.4.2 MyBambu Card (physical or virtual): Customers using this payment method must make one transaction of at least $20.
2.4.3 Mobile Phone Top-Ups: Customers choosing the top-up method can make either one or two transactions totaling a minimum of $20. The number of transactions depends on the provider or country.
3. Qualifying Criteria:
3.1. To qualify for the Reward, Participants must fulfill the spend requirement within the Promotion Period.
3.2. Only IMTs, transactions with the physical or virtual MyBambu Card, or Mobile Phone Top-Ups are eligible for the Reward. Automated Clearing House (“ACH”) deposits, Cash deposits, peer-to-peer (P2P) and other transfers will not be considered eligible transactions to receive the Reward for this Promotion.
4. Additional Reward Condition-Account Must be in Good Standing and Not Negative:
4.1. As a Reward condition your Account must remain open, in good standing and not have a negative available balance. No Reward will be deposited into your Account if: (1) your MyBambu account is closed or not in good standing after the Reward qualification is validated and prior to the Reward being deposited or (2) your Account has a negative available balance at the time of the Reward qualification is validated.
5. Reward Distribution:
5.1. Rewards will be credited to the Participant’s Account once all the qualifying conditions have been met.
5.2. MyBambu reserves the right to withhold Rewards if any fraudulent activity or abuse of the Promotion is detected.
5.3. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
6. Promotion Period:
6.1. The Promotion Period will commence on August 30, 2024, and will run until 11:59 PM, September 30, 2024.
6.2. MyBambu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
7. General Terms:
7.1. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
7.2. MyBambu reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
7.3. By participating in the Promotion, Participants agree to release and hold harmless MyBambu and its affiliates from any and all liabilities, losses, or damages arising out of or in connection with the Promotion.
7.4. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware.
7.5. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts in Memphis, Tennessee, or the federal court in the Western District of Tennessee.
