1. Eligibility: The MyBambu Sweepstakes Fridays Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age as of the date of entry and have an open MyBambu Account (“Eligible Participants”). Employees of MyBambu (the “Sponsor”), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. For the purposes of the Promotion, family members are defined as spouse, partner, mother, father, legal guardian, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and grandchildren (including “step” as they may apply). The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. This Promotion is offered by MyBambu and is no way affiliated with or serviced by Community Federal Savings Bank. 
2. Agreement to Terms and Conditions: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Promotion Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”), and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of MyBambu, as final and binding as it relates to the content, including the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions and its exercise of discretion. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
3. Promotion Period: Unless otherwise stated, this promotion will run every Friday starting Friday, October 11, 2024 at or about 12PM Eastern Time (“ET”) until canceled by MyBambu (the “Promotion Period”). All entries must be received by 11:59:59PM ET on the Thursday prior to any drawing, which will take place on Fridays at or about 12PM ET. Promotion prizes will be awarded for each entry during the Promotion Period as described below. 
4. How to Enter: To participate and enter this Promotion, you will need to satisfy the specific requirements of the applicable promotion as detailed below. The entry must fulfill all promotion requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of MyBambu. You may enter only once, and you must provide all the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of MyBambu.

If you do not agree to these terms, you cannot create a MyBambu Account or participate in this Promotion.  

Sponsor may disqualify entries if the entry, video, and related tag includes inappropriate, offensive, or other derogatory language or information. Sponsor reserves the right to remove, reject, or disqualify (along with the entrants who submitted them) any entry, video, or related tag which, in its opinion, (a) violates any of these Terms and Conditions, the terms of service and privacy policy of the Social Media Platform or MyBambu, (b) infringes, misappropriates, or violates any rights of any third party including, without limitation, patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, or right of privacy or publicity, or (c) is otherwise inappropriate for inclusion in the Promotion. For purposes of this Promotion, only entries that are recorded through the Social Media Platform’s servers will be considered. Other proof of submitting an entry (such as a printed or copied screenshot or message) does not constitute proof of actual receipt of the entry for purposes of this Promotion. The respective Social Media Platform database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Promotion. NOTE: Sponsor may not receive entries from the Social Media Account users with “protected” or “private” updates (i.e., user has set their Social Media Account or so that only people the user has approved can view updates) due to the way the Social Media Platform operates its service. Social Media Platform posts not received by Sponsor will not be entered into the Promotion. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same Social Media Account. Attempts made by an individual to submit entries in violation of these Terms and Conditions by using multiple or false contact information or otherwise may be disqualified. Entries that are generated by a macro, bot, or other automated means will not be accepted and will be void. Entries made by any other individual or any entity or group, or originating at any website other than as set forth specifically above, including, without limitation, through commercial sweepstakes/promotion subscription notification or entering services, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Promotion. As a condition of entering the Promotion, without limiting any other provision in these Terms and Conditions, each entrant gives consent for Sponsor and its agents to obtain and deliver his or her name, address and other information to third parties for the purpose of administering this Promotion and complying with applicable laws, regulations, and rules. Such third parties may use your information for their own independent purposes in accordance with their own independent privacy practices. Except as otherwise contemplated in these Terms and Conditions, Sponsor will use personal information collected in connection with the Promotion in accordance with its online privacy policy, located here.  

Sponsor is not responsible for any changes or unavailability of a Social Media Platform that may interfere with the Promotion (including any limitations, any restrictions, or any conditions on Sponsor’s ability to use a Social Media Platform for the Promotion as set forth herein that are not acceptable to Sponsor) or ability of entrant to timely enter, receive notices or communicate with Sponsor via a Social Media Platform, in which case Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may terminate or modify the Promotion. It is a potential winner’s responsibility to set his/her Social Media Account as applicable, to accept contacts by Sponsor and to timely check such account for any Sponsor direct messages.  

All entries must be received during the Promotion Period. Limited one (1) winner per MyBambu account, regardless of method of entry. All entries become the property of Sponsor.    

5. Prizes: Each Friday at or about 12PM ET during the Promotion Period, winners will be announced to receive prizes to be deposited in their MyBambu account (each a “Prize Winner”). Approximate value of prizes varies depending on promotion. Prize Winners will receive their prize as a deposit into their MyBambu Account three (3) to five (5) business days after the winner is announced and verified. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any prize-related expenses, including all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Prize Winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for MyBambu to use Prize Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. All Prize details not specified in these Terms and Conditions will be determined at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for and will not replace any lost or stolen Prize or any Prize that is undeliverable or does not reach the Prize Winner because of incorrect or changed contact information. If the Prize Winner does not accept or use the entire Prize, the unaccepted or unused part of the Prize will be forfeited, and Sponsor will have no further obligation with respect to that Prize or portion of the Prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any inability of the Prize Winner to accept or use any Prize (or portion thereof) for any reason. No transfers or prize substitutions will be made, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. No more than the stated prizes will be awarded. Participants waive the right to assert as a cost of winning any Prize, any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to claim or use a Prize and any liability and publicity which might arise from claiming, seeking to claim, or using a Prize. 
6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 
7. Prize Winner selection and notification: Prize Winners of the Promotion will be selected under the supervision of Sponsor. Prize Winners will be announced through Sponsor’s social media channels at or about 12PM ET every Friday during the Promotion Period and notified via the applicable social media platform. MyBambu shall have no liability for a Prize Winner’s failure to receive notices due to Prize Winners’ security settings or for Prize Winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected Prize winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within two (2) business days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected. 

The receipt by the winner of the prize offered in this Promotion is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BY ANY PRIZE WINNER (AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH PRIZE WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS PRIZE WINNER OF THE PROMOTION AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS PRIZE WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.    

8. Rights Granted by you: By entering this Promotion you understand that MyBambu, anyone acting on behalf of MyBambu, or its respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the World, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and Prize Winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Promotion, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation. 
9. Terms: MyBambu reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Promotion. In such case, MyBambu may select the recipients from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by MyBambu. MyBambu reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. MyBambu has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Promotion, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to; multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Promotion rules; or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, MyBambu reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability: By entering you agree to release and hold harmless MyBambu and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the Promotion and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
11. Disputes: THIS PROMOTION IS GOVERNED BY DELAWARE LAW, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Promotion, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a state court located in Memphis, Tennessee, or the federal court in the Western District of Tennessee having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Promotion), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

All Eligible Participants must do the following to enter:
