Download MyBambu App.
Find us on Google Play or App Store and download the app.
Tap the add cash button
Just press the button with a wallet icon.
Search for Stores
In the MyBambu App's map, find your nearest location. Search by current location or enter an address.
Barcode
Once you find the nearest location and arrive there, press “barcode”.
Scan code
Tell the cashier how much money you will deposit and let them scan your barcode.
Your deposit is immediate
Before leaving the location, check your balance on the App. Your Cashload is instant!
Request the receipt for your transaction
For your security, ask for the deposit receipt.

Yes, you can track your cash load by following these steps:
- Go to the Scan Barcode page in the Add Cash section of the MyBambu Mobile App.
- Locate the VanillaDirect Pay link.
- Enter your barcode number.
This will allow you to track your cash load transaction. Mybambu doesn’t require the presentation of an ID for cash loads, please be aware that certain merchant or retail locations may have their own policies in place and may require you to show an ID.
The maximum cash load limits for MyBambu are as follows:
- For card swipe loads: You can load a maximum of $1,000 per transaction, with a minimum of $1.00, and a limit of $16,000 per any 30 day period.
- For barcode loads: The maximum limit per load is $1,000, with a minimum of $5.00, and a monthly limit of $16,000.
