Dear Customer,
We are writing to inform you that because we are changing to a new processor your current MyBambu VISA® Prepaid Card will not be valid after April 3rd, 2023, and you will not be able to use it after that date. We will mail a replacement card to you between March 10 and 15, 2023 and a new virtual card number will be available for use by April 3rd, 2023.
It is important that you check your address in our app and, if necessary, update your address in our app to ensure that your new card is delivered to you before April 3rd, 2023. Go to your settings in our app and select “Update Billing Address” and make any required changes to your address.
Please note that a new card typically takes between 5 to 8 business days to arrive, so we encourage you to watch for the new card. Note: Your new physical and virtual card will be available for use on April 3rd, 2023, please destroy and discard your old card after this date.
To ensure your card is ready for use on April 3rd, 2023, please activate your new card on April 3rd, 2023 or use your virtual card. Please note that if you have not used your current card to complete a transaction or made an in-app transaction in the past six months you will need to either make a card or an in-app transaction on or before March 10, 2023, in order for a new physical card to be automatically sent to you. Otherwise, to get a new physical card you will have to order it through our app, however, even if you do not order a physical card you will still have a new active virtual card issued to you on April 3rd and your account will still be active.
On April 3rd, 2023, you will have access in our app to your new virtual MyBambu VISA® Prepaid Card and will be able to use the new virtual card whether or not you have received and activated your new replacement physical card. You will need to update our app on April 3rd, 2023 to be able to use it on that date. To update our app, go to the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store depending on what type of phone you have and download the update.
