NOTICE OF CHANGE IN TERMS TO THE MYBAMBU DEPOSIT ACCOUNT AND CARDHOLDER AGREEMENT (“NOTICE”)

Thank you for being a valued MyBambu customer. This Notice highlights important changes to the terms of your MyBambu Deposit Account and Cardholder Agreement to be effective on November 13, 2025 as provided below.

Capitalized terms have the meanings provided in the MyBambu Deposit Account and Cardholder Agreement (“Agreement”).

You can review the updated Agreement by visiting mybambu.com, clicking on the Terms and Conditions link located at the bottom of the homepage and selecting the MyBambu Deposit Account and Cardholder Agreement (located under “CFSB’s DDA”) or opening the MyBambu App and clicking Terms and Conditions under Profile.

CHANGES TO YOUR AGREEMENT

The changes to the Agreement are summarized below.  Please refer to the Agreement for the complete terms.

a. Cash Loads Limits at Authorized Retail Locations

i. Previous Limits (Card Swipe Loads)

1. Per Transaction: Up to $1,000 (minimum $1)

2. Per 30 Calendar Days: Up to $16,000 aggregate

ii. New Limits (effective November 13, 2025)

1. Per Transaction: Up to $1,000 (minimum $20)

2. Per 24 Hours: Up to $1,500 (max 4 transactions)

3. Per 7 Days: Up to $3,500 (max 7 transactions)

4. Per 30 Days: Up to $5,000 (max 20 transactions)

b. Cash Load Fee at Authorized Retailers

i. Previous Fee:  up to $3.95 per reload

ii. New Fee: up to $4.95 per reload
