Inc.
This Program is open to all current customers of MyBambu (each a “Participant(s)“) who meet the eligibility criteria outlined in these Terms and Conditions and who remain in compliance with the MyBambu Deposit Account and Cardholder Agreement (the “Account Agreement“). This Program is offered and provided by MyBambu and the Bank is not a party to the Program.

1. Eligibility:
1.1. Participation is open only to current MyBambu Account holders who are in good standing at the time of survey completion. Limit one Participant per eligible MyBambu Account unless otherwise specified. The Program is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. Survey Participation and Reward Structure
2.1. Eligible Participants may be invited to complete short surveys. Participation is voluntary. Upon successful completion of a survey, users will receive a monetary reward (“Reward(s)”) credited directly to their MyBambu Account. Reward amounts vary by survey and will be specified in each individual survey invitation. Rewards may range from $5 to $20.
3. Reward Delivery
3.1. Rewards will be deposited into the Participant’s MyBambu Account within five (5) to seven (7) business days following successful survey completion, subject to verification and approval by MyBambu. MyBambu is not responsible for delays due to technical issues, incomplete survey responses, or account status issues.
4. Survey Expiration
4.1. Each survey offer is valid for a limited time only. Surveys must be completed within three (3) calendar days from the date the invitation is sent. After this period, the survey link will expire and the Reward will no longer be available.
5. One-Time Participation
5.1. Unless otherwise expressly stated, each Participant may only participate once per individual survey campaign. Multiple responses or attempts to bypass this limit may result in disqualification from the Program and forfeiture of any associated Rewards.
6. General Conditions
6.1. MyBambu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
6.2. Rewards have no cash value outside of the MyBambu platform and may not be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
6.3. Fraudulent or abusive behavior, including submitting false information or using multiple accounts, may result in account suspension and disqualification from the Program.
6.4. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any updates to them, which may be posted from time to time.
6.5. As a Reward condition your Account must remain open, in good standing and not have a negative available balance. No Reward will be deposited into your Account if: (1) your MyBambu Account is closed or not in good standing after the Reward qualification is validated and prior to the Reward being deposited or (2) your Account has a negative available balance at the time of the Reward qualification is validated.
6.6. By participating in the Program, Participants agree to release and hold harmless MyBambu and its affiliates from any and all liabilities, losses, or damages arising out of or in connection with the Program.
6.7. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware.
6.8. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts in Memphis, Tennessee, or the federal court in the Western District of Tennessee.
