Bambu Pay
Bambu Pay is a digital payment service that allows MyBambu users to send and request money transfers to non-MyBambu users from within the MyBambu app. Non-MyBambu users will receive a link to enter their information and complete the transaction.
Transfer from Card is a feature of Bambu Pay that allows MyBambu users to link their external Visa or MasterCard debit cards to transfer funds into their MyBambu account.
Maximum of $1,000 per transaction and $20,000 per calendar month, per any 30 calendar day period.
To access Bambu Pay:
1. Open the MyBambu app.
2. Tap the “Money Transfers” tile on the home screen menu and select “Bambu Pay”.
3. Accept the terms and conditions if you haven’t already.
4. Select “Send Money” or “Request Money” to start your transaction.
To access Transfer from Card:
- Open the MyBambu app.
- Tap the “Deposit Money” tile on the home screen menu and select “Transfer from Card”.
- Accept the terms and conditions if you haven’t already.
- Follow the on-screen tutorial.
- Enter your desired funding amount.
- Link your debit card.
