President of Operations
Began his journey at MyBambu as Director of Strategic Partnerships for LATAM and Customer Service. His vision focused on social impact and strong leadership led him to become Chief Marketing Officer, and later President of Operations. His career reflects MyBambu’s commitment to developing leaders who understand, value, and transform the lives of immigrant communities in the United States.
Paula Hernandez 
Head of Public Relations and Strategic Partnerships at MyBambu
Started at MyBambu as a Social Media Customer Service Representative. Her passion for communication and strategic mindset led her to become Head of Public Relations, while also taking on the role of Social Media Team Manager. As the department grew and its impact on the brand expanded, Paula was promoted to Head of Public Relations and Strategic Partnerships.
Nicole Martinez 
Marketing Operations Manager in Marketing
Began her journey at MyBambu as a Social Media Customer Service Representative. Thanks to her dedication and talent, she was promoted to Project Manager for the Marketing team. In less than a year, she took on the role of CRM Manager and now leads as Marketing Operations Manager.
Calvin Balgobin 
Lead Product Manager
Began his journey at MyBambu as a Project Manager in the Operations department. Thanks to his strategic vision and leadership, he was promoted to Lead Product Manager, where he led key initiatives for the development of our products. Today, Calvin serves as Director of Product Development, driving innovation in our financial solutions.
