Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the MyBambu (“we,” “our” or “us”) promotion for the MyBambu $5 Reactivation Promotion (the “Promotion”) in connection with your MyBambu Visa® Debit Card Account (“Account”) issued by Community Federal Savings Bank (the “Bank”), Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. This Promotion is open to all current customers of MyBambu (each a “Participant(s)“) who meet the eligibility criteria outlined in these Terms and Conditions and who comply with the MyBambu Deposit Account and Cardholder Agreement (the “Account Agreement“). This Promotion is offered and provided by MyBambu and the Bank is not a party to the Promotion offer.
By participating in the Promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms and Conditions and any changes we make to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not comply with these Terms and Conditions, you are not authorized to participate in the Promotion.
1. Eligibility:
1.1. This Promotion is only for eligible existing MyBambu Account holders who meet all of the following criteria:
1.1.1. Previously sent or received funds via Zelle using their MyBambu Account from January 1,2025 through March 31, 2025, and
1.1.2. Have not made any transactions or transfers in the 30 days prior to [EFFECTIVE DATE OF PROMOTION], 2025.
1.1.3. Meet the spending requirements in these Terms and Conditions.
2. Promotion Details:
2.1. Eligible Participants will receive a $5 reward (“Reward(s)”) after they make a successful Bambu Pay transaction as described in Section 3.1 below (each, a “Bambu Pay Transaction”), that meets the qualifying criteria as specified in these Terms and Conditions. A Reward will be deposited to your Account within 15 business days (Monday through Friday excluding US bank holidays) after it is earned. When the Reward is deposited in your Account you will see the Reward amount added to your Account balance. You must have an active MyBambu Account to be eligible for a Reward.
2.2. The minimum Bambu Pay Transaction amount is $65.
3. Qualifying Criteria:
3.1. To qualify for the Reward, Participants must meet the following criteria:
3.1.1. Have a verified status and/or an active MyBambu Account.
3.1.2. Complete a Bambu Pay Transaction of at least $65 using one of the following qualifying methods:
3.1.2.1. Sending money via a Bambu Pay Transaction to an external user via Venmo or PayPal. Transfers made using other third-party money transfer services, including but not limited to CashApp, are not eligible.
3.1.2.2. Sending money via a Bambu Pay Transaction to an external user’s debit card.
3.1.2.3. Receiving money from external users through a Bambu Pay request.
3.1.2.4. Transferring from your external account to your MyBambu Account via a Bambu Pay Transaction through your external debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
3.2. Only Bambu Pay Transactions are eligible for the Reward.
4. Additional Reward Condition-Account Must be in Good Standing and Not Negative:
4.1. As a Reward condition your Account must remain open, in good standing and not have a negative available balance. No Reward will be deposited into your Account if: (1) your MyBambu Account is closed or not in good standing after the Reward qualification is validated and prior to the Reward being deposited or (2) your Account has a negative available balance at the time of the Reward qualification is validated.
5. Reward Distribution:
5.1. Rewards will be credited to the Participant’s Account once all the qualifying conditions have been met.
5.2. MyBambu reserves the right to withhold Rewards if any fraudulent activity or abuse of the Promotion is detected.
5.3. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
5.4. Only one Reward per MyBambu Account.
6. Promotion Period:
6.1. This Promotion is effective as of [INSERT DATE] until terminated by MyBambu.
6.2. MyBambu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
7. Exclusivity of Promotion.
7.1. This Promotion is exclusive to the MyBambu Pay promotional activity described herein and cannot be combined with any of the following promotions:
7.1.1. Bambu Pay Cash Deposit Promotion
7.1.2. Bambu Pay Visa Money Transfer Promotion
7.1.3. Bambu Pay User-to-User Promotion
8. General Terms:
8.1. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
8.2. MyBambu reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
8.3. By participating in the Promotion, Participants agree to release and hold harmless MyBambu and its affiliates from any and all liabilities, losses, or damages arising out of or in connection with the Promotion.
8.4. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware.
8.5. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts in Memphis, Tennessee, or the federal court in the Western District of Tennessee.
