Your balance is displayed in the upper right corner of the MyBambu mobile app home screen, and your transaction history can be viewed by tapping the‚ “History‚” tab on the app home screen. Our agents are available to assist you by Phone (Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm EST and Saturday – Sunday from 8:00 am to 4 pm) and Social Media (Monday – Friday 10:00 am – 10:00 pm EST and Saturday – Sunday from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm EST).
