To dispute a transaction on your account, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us as soon as possible by calling (833) 882-2628, emailing us at [email protected], or sending a written request to Bambu Systems LLC, at P.O. Box 171, West Palm Beach, FL 33402.
  2. You have the right to report an error until 60 days after the earlier of the date you electronically access your Account or Card, if the error could be viewed in your electronic history, or the date we sent the FIRST electronic history on which the error appeared.
