How do I stop or cancel a charge?
The quickest way to stop or cancel an authorized charge is to contact the merchant directly. If the charge has already posted and you have attempted to resolve the issue with the merchant but still not successful, you can dispute the charge by calling us at 1-833-882-2628 or 561-337-1494.
