To remove a linked debit card: 1. Open the MyBambu app. 2. Go to the “Deposit Money” tile and select “Transfer from Card”. 3. Select the card menu. 4. Tap the trash icon next to the card you want to remove. 5. Confirm the removal.
Can I link multiple debit cards of my own to the Bambu Pay feature, Transfer from Card?
Yes, you can link multiple debit cards and select which one to use for each transaction. The debit cards must be Visa or Mastercard and registered under your name.
What happens if my payment fails?
If a payment fails, you will receive an email explaining the reason. You can retry the transaction after resolving the issue.
Can I cancel a payment after it’s been sent?
Once a transfer is processed, it cannot be canceled. For urgent cases, contact customer support.
How will I be notified about my Bambu Pay transactions?
You will receive notifications in the MyBambu app and via push notifications and email for every completed transaction. You can also check your transaction history in the Bambu Pay history section.
Are there any fees for using Transfer from Card?
Yes, Transfer from Card has a structured fee system based on transaction type: Incoming Deposits (Transfer from Card):No fee for up to two (2) transactions per calendar month of $500 or less. Our fee is 0.50% of the amount of the transaction for transactions in excess of two (2) per month. Minimum deposit is $1.
